Anne's Pepperoni Pasta Salad

1# rotini, cooked
1/2# pepperoni
1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
1 broccoli bunch, just florets
16 oz. bottle Italian dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Toss together all ingredients except cheese; marinate overnight. Sprinkle with cheese and serve cold.
