Aunt Sue's Fruit Cocktail Cake




2 C. flour
2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Combine all. Bake in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. DO NOT open door while baking.

Ice while hot:
1 stick butter
1 small can evaporated milk
2/3 C. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla 

Cook this until thick (about 15 minutes).
