Mom's 7 Up Pie Crust



3 C. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 C. shortening
1 egg
5 T. cold 7 Up
1 T. vinegar

Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Lightly beat egg and combine with 7 Up and vinegar. With a fork, stir egg mix into flour to form a dough that clings together.

Makes 2 - 9" pie crusts.
