Apres Ski Chili
Brown:
2# ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
In dutch oven add:
beef and onions
2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cans tomato soup
2 T. chili powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 can kidney beans, optional
Cook for 1 hour on low until thoroughly heated.
